Job Description

At RC Project Consultancy (RCPC), we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, with experience in book closure and finalizing accounts. They should also be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

We are looking for someone who can maintain accurate accounting records, prepare bills and receipts, and handle petty cash. Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of statutory compliance, including Service Tax, TDS, and Profession tax.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP 9 software and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to deal effectively with customers and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payments
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare bills and receipts
  • Handle petty cash and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
  • Prepare returns for TDS, Service Tax, and Profession tax
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting background with experience in book closure and finalizing accounts
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of ERP 9 software and its applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
