Senior Brand Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager – Media to spearhead brand collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
This role requires excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills, as well as proven experience in the media, influencer, or marketing industry.
- Identify and secure brand deals, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships by building strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brands.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and campaign strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on maximizing value.
- Negotiate contracts and deliverables to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure creative output meets brand requirements.
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, from onboarding to campaign delivery.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or media sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in digital media, advertising, influencer marketing, or creative agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
