Backend Engineer Technical Lead

We are hiring a seasoned technical professional to drive the backend systems strategy and lead engineering initiatives.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical direction of our backend systems, leading engineering teams, and mentoring engineers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs
  • Guide teams in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives
  • Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence

Requirements and Expertise:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI/ML integration
