As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This involves close collaboration with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure seamless campaign delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across various platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.
- Identify and coordinate with influencers who meet campaign requirements, ensuring a strong brand fit.
- Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure campaign content adheres to brand guidelines and objectives, guaranteeing a cohesive look and feel.
- Monitor live campaigns, track performance metrics, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Oversee timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, influencer content styles, and best practices in campaign execution.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, essential for working with influencers and clients.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
- A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
