Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to spearhead our influencer marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brands, and crafting strategic influencer solutions.

As the Business Development – Influencer Marketing professional, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between our creator network and brands. You'll proactively identify new business opportunities, analyze brand goals, and suggest suitable creators for high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients across industries.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand goals and target audience to suggest the most suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Execute structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Present well-thought-out influencer marketing proposals tailored to the needs and vision of the client, using a mix of creative thinking and data-backed insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A deep understanding of the space and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • Existing network of brand contacts that can immediately tap into to open doors and fast-track growth.
