Marketing Influencer Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our influencer initiatives across various platforms. This role involves discovering new talent, coordinating collaborations, managing outreach, and tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities- Influencer Discovery & Outreach:
- Research and identify relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
- Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update influencer databases regularly.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
- Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Content & Engagement Tracking:
- Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
- Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
- Assist in User-Generated Content collection and content approvals.
- Relationship Management:
- Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
- Ensure timely communication and manage negotiations within set parameters.
- Cross-team Support:
- Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
- Support influencer gifting and event campaigns (if applicable).
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
- Passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
