Onboarding Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct introductory sessions for new employees
  • Walk them through company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with Operations and other internal stakeholders
  • Scan and digitize joining forms
  • Cross-check documents
  • Follow up with recruiters and documentation SPOCs to resolve any insufficiencies
  • Collaborate with Ops to create employee IDs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. You should also have relevant experience in onboarding or induction processes.

Bachelor's degree holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
