As a seasoned professional in the field of SAP-SuccessFactors, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects that require strategic thinking and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP-SuccessFactors Onboarding Module
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Onboarding Module with other modules
  • Analyze system usage, project statistics, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP-SuccessFactors RCM Module
  • Strong understanding of core recruitment processes and ability to integrate with EC and Onboarding modules
  • Certification in SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SF EC, SF ONB, and SF PMGM
