Wind Project Execution Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wind Project Execution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering wind energy projects across Pan India.

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including site inspections, material readiness, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources, including labor, tools, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with contractors and engineers to ensure smooth execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wind project execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines, crane operations, and heavy material movement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
