Job Summary:
Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, effectively resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and resolve customer interactions via phone calls.
- Manage and update daily interactions generated through workflows and queues.
- Meet key performance targets.
Requirements:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- International inbound call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Neutral accent and good cultural adaptation

Education and Experience:
- Graduation from any stream
