Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *AR Caller / AR Executive* to join our team. The role involves following up on medical insurance claims, coordinating with hospitals and insurers, and ensuring timely resolution of pending claims. Candidates with strong communication and follow-up skills will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with *insurance companies and hospitals* regarding status of pending or denied medical claims
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for *claim documentation and billing clarifications*
Handle *denials and discrepancies*, and take necessary action for claim reprocessing
Maintain proper records of all follow-up actions, remarks, and status updates
Engage in *patient and attender communication*, when required, for claim-related information
Ensure *timely closure* of claims and update the system with accurate details
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team for prompt resolution
Meet follow-up targets and contribute to *overall AR performance*
Key Skills Required:
Strong *communication skills* in English and regional languages
Confidence in *handling voice calls* with hospitals and insurance representatives
Knowledge of *insurance claims*, *medical billing*, and *denial management*
Good *follow-up and coordination* skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
Familiarity with data entry and documentation systems

Educational Qualification:
