Technical Support Engineer Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our technical support team, you'll provide expert-level support to customers and partners, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring seamless product implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to customers and partners via various communication channels.
  • Managing support cases from initial reporting through resolution and follow-up.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, including configuration, best practices, and root cause analysis.
  • Publishing technical documentation, such as bulletins and knowledge base articles, to share your expertise and enhance customer support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.), Firewall Central Management Systems, multi-factor authentication security systems, and Security services (IDS/IPS, Firewalls etc.).
  • Expertise in debugging complex networks with mixed media and protocols.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MAC OS is preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper (Netscreen), and Fortinet products is a plus.
