Senior Support Specialist Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned technical expert to provide top-notch IT support and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

As a senior member of the support team, you will play a pivotal role in resolving complex issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and elevating the overall performance of the Service Desk.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows operating systems, enterprise software, and end-user hardware, as well as experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and remote troubleshooting tools.

You will be responsible for serving as a senior point of contact for IT support requests, owning and driving resolution for high-impact issues, and documenting all activities in the IT Service Management platform.

A successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to mentor junior agents, and participate in proactive maintenance and system checks.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or service desk environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, enterprise software, and end-user hardware.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and remote troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent documentation, organizational, and ticket-handling skills.
  • Effective communicator able to guide and de-escalate users in high-pressure situations.

Bonus points for experience with ServiceDesk Plus, scripting, log analysis, or endpoint management tools.
