Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.">
  • Content Curation & Moderation: Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.">
  • Online Event Management: Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences). Manage all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.">
  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth. Manage all key social media channels in terms of posting content, engagement management, and performance reporting.">
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify our message, expand reach, and drive community participation.">
  • Speaker Coordination: Liaise with speakers for both online and offline events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.">
  • Market Analysis & GTM Strategy: Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities. Develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies specifically tailored for online events marketing.">
  • Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement. Report on community growth, engagement metrics, and event performance.">
