Job Title: Front-end Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced front-end development specialist to join our software development team. This role requires strong skills in front-end development, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into interactive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-end Development & Implementation:
    • Develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks like ReactJS, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
    • Ensure a seamless user experience by following best practices in UX/UI design.
    • Optimize front-end performance to enhance application speed and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work with engineering teams to integrate front-end components with backend services.
    • Partner with business development teams to translate customer needs into design solutions.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
  • User-Centered Design & Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Code Quality & Maintenance:
    • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code for front-end components.
    • Maintain and update existing front-end frameworks and libraries.
    • Troubleshoot and debug front-end-related issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Trends & Technologies:
    • Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development.
    • Advocate for modern front-end frameworks and design approaches to improve the development process.
    • Continuously enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG, ARIA).
