Global Sales and Business Development Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to drive sales and marketing efforts globally. Leveraging expertise in the pump industry, the successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for IB products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share, utilizing knowledge of submersible pumps, industrial pumps, pipes, cables, and electrical motors.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and fostering partnerships.
  • Conduct product inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to international standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pump industry, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
