Job Title: Web Software Specialist

The Registry Operations Center in India is responsible for implementing the newly awarded .IN TSP contract. This center also supports global ccTLDs, gTLDs, and dotBrand operations.


About The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced software professional to join our team as a Web Software Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side code for our registry system including backend services, web applications, databases, and APIs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using existing and new technologies.
  • Maintain the public website of our customer, coordinating with specialized website teams.
  • Write optimized SQL queries and ensure performance and reliability.
  • Develop unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, where needed, to ensure the reliability and stability of our software.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in new and existing systems, both code-based and operational issues, in an on-call rotation.
  • Document code, participate in code reviews, and deploy new versions via existing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide 3rd-level technical support for questions from our customer support team.
