Job Description:

The primary function of a Software Development Specialist is to design and develop software systems from the ground up. This encompasses all phases of the application lifecycle, with a focus on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality code for web applications using object-oriented design principles, design patterns, data structures, and relational databases.
  2. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, concentrating on coding and debugging tasks.
  3. Identify and rectify issues within applications.
  4. Conduct UI tests to optimize system performance.
  5. Create reusable code libraries for future use.
  6. Gather and address technical requirements with minimal supervision.
  7. Maintain adherence to established development standards within the team.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is typically required.
  2. Prior experience in the field is preferred, ideally between 2-5 years.
  3. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
  4. 2-5 years of experience in software development or a related field is desired.
