Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the transmission and gear sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial marketing and be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote transmission and gear products, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning through targeted campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, technical documents, and digital content.
  • Manage online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, with a focus on transmission and gear systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
