Job Title

A successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the company's marketing efforts, focusing on branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves analyzing consumer behavior, identifying opportunities to expand market share, and crafting quarterly and annual hiring plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Drive strategies for successful IPO execution.

Qualifications:

A successful candidate should have a Graduation/MBA degree with 5-8 years of experience in the field. Required skills include work experience as Head of Marketing, running successful marketing campaigns, solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords, experience with CRM software, leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, analytical mind, and an MBA - Marketing or relevant field.
