Category Manager

Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled Category Leader to oversee the Toys category and drive business growth through strategic planning, brand development, and operational execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and increase profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform category decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in category management, preferably in the Toys industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and increasing brand value.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
