Job Description

As a Regional Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within a specific region. This role involves managing a team of administrators, defining their roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing administrative activities and operations
  • Defining scopes and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members
  • Communicating and coordinating with management to develop strategic program and project goals
  • Reporting to the Zonal Admin Head on a daily basis and providing updates on incident management
  • Monitoring and reporting on key project activities, plans, and progress
