Regulatory reporting is a critical aspect of the financial industry, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in this capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing regulatory controls using third-party systems such as Kaizen and Droit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters.
  • Analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement, recommending process enhancements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry developments, applying this expertise to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in regulatory reporting, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including MIFID II, EMIR, and SFTR.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
