Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end business process of IT Fee programs across the organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in FP&A or Corporate finance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Managing the IT Fee database and ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Collaborating with the IT IAM Team to understand monthly variations and make informed decisions
  • Calculating and invoicing IT Fees to Budget/Last Estimate and yearly True Up/Down
  • Recharging and Accrual with GFC and managing entries in Teranga
  • Supporting DS Finance in analyses concerning IT Fees
  • Interface with Tax team

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Business Analyst will also:

  • Review IS&T Headcounts for consistency with Census
  • Prepare monthly reporting on HC and manage with HR
  • Support DS report production
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Finance or equivalent (CA/CMA)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix/multi-cultural environment
