Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst II/ Senior Business Analyst at Zepto, you will be a key contributor in driving impactful business solutions. You will be responsible for leading complex requirement gathering efforts, performing in-depth analysis, and collaborating with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver strategic projects. This role requires a strong analytical mind, a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and a deep understanding of business processes within a quick commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and facilitate complex business requirement gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.


• Analyze and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for significant projects.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive process models, workflows, and system documentation.


• Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


• Oversee testing strategies and quality assurance activities to validate solutions against business needs.


• Act as a primary liaison between business teams and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.


• Identify opportunities for significant process improvements and propose innovative solutions.


• Prepare and present detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.


• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in e-commerce or a related fast-paced industry.


• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels.


• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, in addition to MS Office Suite.


• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work independently with

minimal supervision.
