Analytics Leadership Opportunity

At the heart of every successful organization lies a strong analytics function. We are seeking an exceptional Analytics Team Lead to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The Analytics Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development of Power BI dashboards, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in data visualization, storytelling, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Engagement & Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and the Data & Analytics team.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts; assign work, review outputs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements by managing team workload and capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
