Senior Business Insights Professional

Role Overview:

Seeking a seasoned Senior Business Insights Professional to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support growing business needs.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver actionable insights leveraging visualization tools like Tableau and Looker Studio. A strong understanding of web analytics using GA4 and GTM is essential, as well as applied NLP techniques for sentiment analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio. Solid understanding of web analytics tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, particularly for sentiment analysis.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
