Strategic Data Consultant Role

We seek an accomplished data strategist to bridge technical analytics and business decision-making in retail.

  • Analyzing Complex Datasets: This individual will excel at interpreting data warehouse outputs, identifying critical patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer behavior, sales performance, inventory optimization, and market trends.
  • Transforming Analytics Outputs: They will translate raw data findings into actionable strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.
  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop comprehensive analytical investigations, train cross-functional teams on data interpretation and analytics tools, create self-service analytics guidelines, and mentor business teams on asking the right analytical questions.
  3. Partner with business leaders to design analytics roadmaps, collaborate with technical teams, and establish data governance frameworks for strategic decision-making processes.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on data-driven decision making, develop standardized methodologies, and create data literacy programs tailored to different organizational levels.
  • Lead data-driven strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
