Business Analytics Lead

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our business analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and consulting, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.

The role will involve driving the execution of our business analytics roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business analytics strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Leverage data science and AI techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to inform business decisions
  • Mentor and train junior team members on business analytics best practices and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analytics
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business analytics strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
