Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in the healthcare sector.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid role that requires the ability to manage team performance, address customer inquiries, and facilitate communication between customers and the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve excellence in customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
