Experienced Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of customer service associates.
- Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the US BFSI-Email process.
- You will be responsible for leading a team and motivating them to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Ability to oversee effective resource allocation to meet both productivity and quality metrics.
- Document issues as needed, and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
- Manage process, resources, and system applications.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis, and participate in process improvement initiatives as needed.
