Digital Presence Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to own and scale our online presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Planning & Strategy
    • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, festivals, and product launches.
    • Translate brand identity into high-quality posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Styling
    • Coordinate shoots with photographers and models to produce premium jewellery content.
    • Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand tone of voice.
  • Community Management
    • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and track conversations to build brand loyalty.
    • Manage influencer collaborations and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor social media analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth).
    • Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate promotional activities.
    • Partner with performance marketing team for synergy.
    Requirements
    • 2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery brands.
    • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
    • Creative eye for styling, photography, and video aesthetics.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
    Nice to Have
    • Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Basic design/editing skills.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools.
