Human Resources Strategist

Our ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, encompassing talent acquisition and workforce planning. This role is accountable for identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong talent pipelines and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure the right talent for business growth and development.

Performance Management & Development

  • Guide managers through performance appraisals and career development plans to support continuous learning and growth.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and productive work culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with complete accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) and administer employee benefits.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety, and diversity standards.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and conduct regular compliance audits.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, payroll costs, and recruitment performance.
  • Generate HR reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
