About this Role
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic business partner, you will play a key role in driving organizational success by aligning people strategies with business objectives.
You will be responsible for facilitating the transition from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the organization's culture to business needs. This includes managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and doing manpower planning for the business.
In addition, you will lead the performance management cycle, which involves setting Key Result Areas (KRAs), performance reviews, leadership competency assessments, normalization, and increment/promotion cycles.
You will build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution. You will consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that drive lasting change in the business.
Furthermore, you will work closely with cross-functional SME teams to develop useful propositions for the business in areas such as talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
You will use and request data strategically to identify trends in both qualitative and quantitative data, helping to improve organizational health and inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.

- Ability to work in constraints
- Comfortable with ambiguity; display a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills; able to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
