Guiding Students Abroad

We seek a Student Advisor who embodies empathy and a passion for guiding students through studying abroad. With a strong understanding of international education systems, you will excel in helping students achieve their academic and career goals overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain cross-functional exposure to various departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional guidance regarding admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Adhere strictly to established protocols.
  • Follow up regularly with students, ensuring they are updated on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain documentation and record communications via internal systems.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
  • Report progress and issues promptly to your Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, Counselling, International Relations)
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with global education systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
