As we continue to grow, we seek an individual who can spearhead our efforts in the rapidly expanding EdTech sector.

This role involves working closely with individuals from eighteen nationalities across four continents, ensuring that our services cater to a broad range of needs. Key responsibilities include:


* Shortlisting universities based on factors such as course offerings, rankings, specialization, and location preferences.
* Providing impartial and honest advice to students seeking to study abroad.
* Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality presentations.
* Prior experience in counseling students is essential, preferably in the Study Abroad sector. A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly is also necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in shortlisting Universities based on Course, Rankings, Specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  • Possession of Passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Maintain good record-keeping at all times in the CRM.
  • Give talks/presentations on behalf of the company in the webinars/seminars and virtual counseling to students via Zoom and Google meet.
  • Providing students with accurate and clear information as well as answering all inquiries from students.
  • Have a willingness to work flexibly and to adjust working hours to suit the needs of the company.
