Life Educare Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Middle School Coordinator to drive academic excellence across the school. The successful candidate will oversee lesson planning, ensure modern pedagogical practices, and provide timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Oversight
    • Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers.
    • Ensure lesson plans align with curriculum standards.
    • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Teacher Support & Training
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions on modern teaching methods.
    • Offer subject-specific and grade-specific planning guidance.
  • Classroom Observations
    • Create and maintain an observation schedule covering all teachers.
    • Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness.
    • Share targeted, actionable feedback to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare monthly academic performance and teaching quality reports.
    • Maintain open communication with leadership to address challenges and track progress.
    • Discuss performance issues and recommend necessary interventions.
  • Academic Quality Assurance
    • Implement consistent teaching and learning strategies.
    • Identify professional development needs based on observation data and lesson plan reviews.
    • Collaborate with leadership to make academic decisions that improve instructional quality.

  • Ability to manage and motivate teachers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role.
  • Proven ability to implement teaching and learning improvements at scale.
  • Ability to integrate technology seamlessly into academic planning, instruction, and monitoring.
