The Opportunity
  • Student Guidance: Provide personalized support on academics, extracurriculars, and application milestones to ambitious students and professionals.
  • Mentorship Schedules: Design and oversee structured mentorship plans with external mentors to ensure consistent student support.
  • Profile Evaluation: Conduct one-on-one profile assessments, advising on academics, extracurriculars, summer schools, internships, and overall profile building for master's, PhD, and other postgraduate applicants.
  • Test Preparation: Coach students through standardized test preparation (SAT/ACT, APs, IELTS/TOEFL) and guide them on subject or curriculum equivalencies (IB, A-Levels, CBSE, ISC).
  • Application Assistance: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining application essays, personal statements, activity lists, résumés, and recommendation letters.
  • Mock Interviews: Conduct mock interviews aligned with admissions standards of universities in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.
  • Progress Tracking: Coordinate weekly student-mentor sessions via Zoom/Google Meet and maintain an updated database of student progress.
  • Progress Notes: Prepare detailed progress notes to ensure applications stay on track with internal and university deadlines.
  • Scholarships Research: Research relevant undergraduate scholarships, financial aid, and merit-based opportunities, and assist students with applications (CSS Profile, FAFSA, UCAS bursaries).
  • Offer Evaluation: Help students and families evaluate admission offers by clarifying financial implications, career outcomes, and long-term pathways.
