Job Opportunity:

We seek a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to spearhead our Department of Anatomy.

About the Role:

  • Academic Vision: Develop strategic direction for teaching, research, and clinical skills training within the department.
  • Teaching and Research Expertise: Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Anatomy; mentor postgraduate students; and lead original research projects.
  • Administrative Leadership: Serve as Head/Coordinator of the Department; organize academic events; and maintain accurate departmental records.
  • Clinical Skills and Simulation Management: Oversee Clinical Skills & Simulation Lab operations; integrate anatomical knowledge with clinical case discussions; and foster cadaveric skill development.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • At least 8 years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.
  • Strong academic background with evidence of research publications in indexed journals.

  • Research aptitude with ability to secure grants and publish scholarly work.
