Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transaction engagements.
  • Perform financial due diligence on behalf of companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify trends.
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  • Work with Management to advise clients on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients.
  • Display ability to manage responsibilities, consult with Managers.
  • Work on multiple projects of varying size.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Accounting.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other applications.
  • Possess drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize assignments.
