About the Role

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end clinical reporting projects using R. This involves guiding package development, Shiny app development, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

You will design and manage Shiny dashboards, internal tools, and reusable functions/packages. Additionally, you will oversee SAS-to-R migration, translating legacy code with accurate validation, and define and maintain standardized R programming frameworks.

Your role will also involve automating and optimizing existing processes and applications. You will ensure quality control, test coverage, and adherence to project specifications. Furthermore, you will guide Agile execution, client communications, and technical direction.

You will support model lifecycle activities, including deployment, version control, and monitoring. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation across deliverables.

A key aspect of your role will be mentoring, guiding, and driving team members for growth and development. You will work closely with the customer and delivery management teams to resolve study/program related issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership, mentorship, and client communication abilities. You will be effective in project management, task prioritization, and leading Agile teams. Collaboration across functions, including statisticians, data managers, and developers, is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
