  • This role involves developing and executing a business strategy for the region aligned with national objectives.
  • The successful candidate will identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will build strong local industry networks.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage profitability and cost optimization for the region.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a business leader or regional manager.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and established local networks.
