Key Role: Enterprise Implementation Strategist

This leadership position oversees the strategic direction and operational excellence of global implementation operations. It leads a large, distributed team of professionals managing complex enterprise-scale HRMS deployments across multiple geographies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth trajectory.
  • Lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives.
  • Champion continuous evolution of implementation philosophy, precision in measuring customer outcomes, and enhancing value realization.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations.
  • Act as the apex representative for resolution of complex technical and business challenges during large-scale deployments.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team through strategic hiring, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in HR, HR Consulting, HRMS Delivery, or Customer Success with 4+ years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Tech savviness and interest in adopting new technologies for process improvements and high-value impact/outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding executive presence and ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.
