Senior Business Strategist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior business strategist to drive growth and improve the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance services or processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals, setting goals, providing guidance and support, evaluating performance.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and overall team performance.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Leading client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Driving revenue growth through effective account management and expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in accounting and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, timelines and projects.
  • Ability to manage large, complex accounts and deliver revenue growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
