Job Description

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives. This role requires efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

Key responsibilities include researching moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and Business Execution. You will work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives, including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaboration and consultation with team leaders are essential in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Markets COO business managers to understand regulatory requirements and support them operationally. You will also review and perform Regulatory transactional testing for multiple Front Office-COO LOB and Desks (Equity/Fixed Income/Commodities/FX and so on).

Additional responsibilities include preparing Standard Procedures and checklists to verifying workflows between different Regulators, carrying out data reconciliation with different trade booking systems, and resolving breaks actively coordinating with trading deck and business managers.

You will also prepare executive PPTs for monthly review calls with senior leadership and look for efficiency and creative ways to perform day-to-day activities that can bring more value to the markets COO business.
