Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process) plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide efficient and timely assistance to customers through phone calls in an international setting. The Customer Support Executive is responsible for resolving customer issues, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information about products or services, resulting in a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions in a courteous and empathetic manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality, ensuring data security and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM, and other related tools, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a strong focus on adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new skills.
