Executive Director of Employee Relations

Deputy General Manager is a key position within the organization, overseeing various departments and ensuring seamless operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the external environment through regular meetings with industrial forums, government officials, and local stakeholders. They will engage associates, NEEM employees, and contract laborers to promote a harmonious work environment. Additionally, they will conduct payroll processing and time administration smoothly and error-free. The Deputy General Manager will also coordinate between production departments, associates, trainees, and contract laborers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team. They must also have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable, along with experience in HR management.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure LTS sign-off within the stipulated period, zero production loss, and smooth implementation of LTS norms.
- Engage union leadership for better relationships.
- Liaise with government authorities and local stakeholders.
- Manage welfare programs, including canteen services, transport, mediclaim, uniform management, and learning and development initiatives for associates.
