Job Opportunity:

The Business Banking Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional financial solutions to meet the evolving needs of business banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for business banking, leveraging credit assessment expertise.
  • Manage liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships, with a focus on delinquency management and analytical skills.
  • Monitor accounts and renewals, ensuring portfolio hygiene through minimal open deferral and covenants.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with branch banking teams for cross-leveraging and synergy optimization.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and customer feedback from diverse channels.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
  • Demonstrate sales planning and conceptualization skills for promotional and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents.

Requirements

Education: Any Discipline

Professional Qualification: Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience
