Senior Core Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Core Banking Specialist to support the customization and production operations of our Flexcube core banking system.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance for Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
- Conduct requirement gathering , gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Flexcube configuration and deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
- Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
- Manage end-of-day/end-of-business operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
- Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant.
- Strong knowledge on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
- Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury )
- Good understanding of interfaces, integration with external systems.
- Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
- Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
