The Member Accession Marketing Team plays a critical role in driving our growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Business Finance Team Lead for Working Capital Finance is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key partners to drive the growth of working capital finance solutions.

  • Identify potential partners, such as banks, NBFCs, fintech firms, and other financial institutions to enhance the working capital finance ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners, continuously expanding the partner network.
  • Work on fostering and growing relationships with existing partners in the working capital finance space.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions.
